Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please remember, none of our blinds are 'off the shelf' products, everything is made to your specific measurements and requirements, so although we cannot offer returns, cancellations are still possible. A full refund will be issued so long as production of the products or parts of them have not begun. In the event that your goods have already been made, we are unable to refund your money. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order and we can check if the order has gone into production.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays will generally receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to mainland UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As all of our products are bespoke made to your requirements, the whole process including delivery usually takes approximately 10-14 working days from the date of order. You will receive a notification email when your items have been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, we may request photographs and/or the product to be returned to us for inspection. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your
bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Before returning, please contact us to arrange your refund. When we have received and checked your returned items, we will refund you in full. Please be aware that we are unable to refund original delivery costs nor the cost of returning the items. We can arrange the collection of your items for return for a charge of £12.50 per parcel.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
