Why Choose Duette® TruFit® Blinds?
The Duette® TruFit® blind is our most popular blind here at Blinds4All and there are a multitude of reasons for this. First of all, the blind is completely drill and screw free! There are two side profiles which stick to the left and right side of the glazed section of the window with a 3M adhesive. The blind then has four feet in total, one for each corner of the blind, which simply click into place onto the profile, with tension cords running from the top to the bottom of each side.
The Duette® TruFit® blind is handle operated, meaning you don’t have loose operating cords hanging down from the blind. They allow total control of your shading as the blind can be operated from both bottom up and top down - allowing you to 'float' the blind. Because the blind is fitted directly to the glass and moves with the window/door, it makes it the perfect option for tilt and turn windows, French doors, Bi-folding doors and more. Duette® TruFit® blinds are suitable for PVC, aluminium and wooden frames.
How To Measure For Duette® TruFit® Blinds
We have created handy guides to help make measuring for your new blinds effortless.
To summarise, all you need to do is measure in 3 places for both the width and drop. Ensure you use a metal tape measure rather than a cloth one, for increased accuracy. It is important to check the beading of the window for this type of blind, to ensure the best possible fit, please consult our measuring guide below for further information.

How To Fit Duette® TruFit® Blinds

In a nutshell, clean the glass with the supplied cleaning wipe, prime the area with the supplied primer stick, and press the side channel into place. Repeat for the opposite site. Clip the plastic 'feet' of the blind into the L-shaped metal brackets which are protruding out of each end of the now fitted side profile.
